August 2022 - Present

 

  • Responsible for preaching and teaching regularly to a Discord server of 1000+ members as well as live streams each Wednesday night of 100+ people

  • Created asynchronous worship teams that prerecorded and provided worship for a completely digital church

  • Hosted, created, and ran Lux’s YouTube page, growing it over 230% in 1.5 years

  • Handled complete brand refresh and all aspects of website, graphic design, series creation, and animation for the entirety of the church

August 2022 - Present

 

  • Guided content management and direction regarding the development of a digital church planting network that facilitated the creation of new Christian congregations, resulting in the establishment of 2 new networks and 19 new churches

  • Successfully launched and managed a podcast series that explored key Christian themes and issues

  • Launched and maintained 2 communities (Discord and WhatsApp) to a global audience, growing both to over 1000 in the span of 6 months

  • Directed all aspects of project management including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Digital Pastor, Bay Hope Church

June 2019 - January 2024

 

  • Created, led, and developed the digital platforms of Bay Hope Church, leading as a producer and technician, as well as a pastor and volunteer leader, successfully in the span of 5 years

  • Partnered with each ministry across the church to deliver digital content across all mediums by storyboarding, conceptualizing, directing, shooting, and editing in an efficient and resourceful, yet resoundingly excellent, way over the span of 5 years

  • Produced and designed Bay Hope TV, Bay Hope’s 24/7 streaming and content delivery service, as well as hosted and provided an on-air presence for them, all during a pandemic that closed the rest of the church down (enjoyed a 350% increase in online traffic for the year)

  • Managed a team of 10, including videographers, on-air talent, and audio/visual teams over the span of 5 years

Owner/Founder/Facility Director, Trinity Fitness North Cobb

October 2016 - February 2018

 

  • Founded Trinity Fitness North Cobb, a non-profit gym, which promoted ministry and wellness in the form of group fitness classes

  • Grew the gym through home-grown social media campaigns, business appearances, sponsorship meetings, and personal connections from 0 to over 100 paying members in the space of 7 months

  • Successfully fund-raised $30,000 to buy equipment, secure facilities, and open the gym in a 2 month period

  • Managed all aspects of running a small business: marketing and social media; bookkeeping; facility direction; staff and volunteer management; and day-to-day class training itself (increased revenues by $50,000 in our first and second year)

Worship Pastor, Northwest Christian Church

June 2013 - May 2019

 

  • Led weekly worship and grew a church of 200 to almost 500 in 3 years through effective leadership, communication, and relationships

  • Led, managed, and recruited 2 teams of 15-20 members, each with specialized duties and responsibilities, including musicians, tech workers, and administrative personnel

  • Designed and handled all video, graphical, and Ableton Live programming for church’s worship services, enabling smoother transitions between music and video (increased average worship attendance by 10%)

  • Provided leadership, direction, coaching, and training to staff in all communications channels (social media, website, and print) to ensure all messages were aligned and consistent
